Meet Mary
Millennium Realty Inc. was founded in 1998 by my mother, Tracy Kalama, alongside my grandmother, Clare Ventura, in the historic cowboy town of Makawao, Maui. What started as their vision has grown into a true family legacy rooted in faith, hard work, and aloha.
Today, our family continues to work together to serve our community. My oldest sister, Alina Bardos, is our accountant. Olivia Kalama is our office assistant. Our brother, Aaron Kalama, is part of our strong family foundation, and our baby sister, Jordyn Love, completes our close-knit crew. I serve as the Transaction Coordinator, supporting our clients and agents to ensure each transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. I've completed my real estate coursework, earned my certificate, and will soon be obtaining my license as a Real Estate Salesperson.
As a mother of three, I understand how important it is to find not just a house, but a home. Being part of this generational business is an honor, and I'm proud to continue building on the foundation my mother and grandmother created here in Upcountry Maui.
