As Broker and Owner of Millennium Realty Inc., I have dedicated my career to building a brokerage rooted in integrity, service, and generational strength for over 35 years. Prior to founding Millennium Realty, I worked alongside my mother, Clare Ventura, with Century 21, learning firsthand the values, work ethic, and client-focused approach that would shape my own vision for a family-led business.
Millennium Realty was founded in 1998 in Makawao, Maui, inspired by my mother, the matriarch of our family and our business. Her guidance, vision, and unwavering work ethic remain the foundation of everything we do.
Over the past nearly three decades, I have led Millennium Realty with a focus on professionalism, community, and family. I began this journey as a young mother, raising my children while building a business from the ground up—a challenge that shaped my leadership, discipline, and commitment to creating opportunities for both my family and our clients.
Our team is built on loyalty, experience, and trust. Glenda Chong has worked alongside me for 24 years, bringing dedication and expertise to every client experience. Cheryl Fernandez, a longtime family friend, first purchased her home with my mother and continues to bring heart and knowledge to our clients. Chris Birkholm manages our books with precision and has been a cornerstone of our operations for many years. Together, we serve our community with professionalism, care, and strong leadership.
